From license to launched.
In three phases.
Most nurse practitioners don't fail at clinical work — they get stuck on the business behind it. H2M consulting walks you across that gap, from the day you decide to open your own practice to the day patients book on your calendar.
Launching a telehealth practice is not one decision — it's a sequence of dozens. We've grouped them into three phases so nothing gets skipped and nothing overwhelms you. Each phase has a defined scope, a clear outcome, and a fixed entry point. You move forward only when you're ready.
One Path.
One Destination.
Your Own Practice.
Every nurse practitioner reaches the same crossroads: the moment of deciding how to step into ownership. Some are ready to build a practice of their own from day one. Others want to earn income and learn the business from the inside first — then launch when the time is right. Either is a personal decision but know that H2M will be ready to walk you across the bridge.
Build Your Own Practice
Pay as little as $1,250 by utilizing our suggested vendors, who provide a referral fee. We walk you, step by step, through opening your own telehealth practice — from license to launched in three defined phases. You own the practice, the patients, and the upside from day one. We provide the blueprint and stay beside you the whole way across.
- • Entity and bank structure
- • Federal and state identifiers
- • Collaborating provider and coverage
- • EHR selection
- • Credentialing
- • Operating systems
- • Website build and marketing
- • Open for business
- • Operational stabilization
- • Reimbursement strategy
- • Patient acquisition
- • Scale and expansion
Three Structured Phases.
Foundation
The work no one taught you in school — organized and guided. We help you understand what your practice needs and coordinate directly with your own tax and accounting professional to establish the appropriate business entity. We don't replace your CPA or attorney; we make sure the right steps happen in the right order, so nothing stalls and nothing gets missed. By the end of Phase 1, the foundation of your practice is in place.
- Entity coordination with your tax professional
- Federal and state identifiers
- Banking structure
- Establish identification for healthcare transactions
- DEA registration and training
- Provide professional information for credentialing
- Collaborating provider relationship
- Choosing malpractice insurance
- Licensing and compliance review
- EHR selection
Launch & Operations
The phase that turns paperwork into a working practice. We manage your credentialing across the platforms you've chosen, establish the systems that run your practice day to day — scheduling, documentation, payroll, accounting — and put compliant patient processes in place. When Phase 2 ends, you are open for business.
- Credentialing
- Operating systems
- Website build and marketing
- Open for business
Optimization & Growth
Most practices don't fail because they couldn't launch — they plateau because no one guided what came after. Phase 3 is the ongoing work that turns a working practice into a thriving one: smarter rates, broader reach, and a clear path to expansion. Engagements in this phase are tailored to where you are and where you're going.
- Operational stabilization
- Reimbursement strategy
- Patient acquisition
- Scale and expansion
Defined scope.
Each phase has a clear start, a clear end, and a clear deliverable. No open-ended hourly billing.
Real partnership.
You are not handed a checklist and left alone — we walk every step with you.
Built on experience.
Every step in every phase is one we've completed, refined, and repeated for the practices we've launched.
Ready for Phase One?
Phase 1 begins with a foundation assessment — a one-on-one conversation about your goals, your state, and the right structure for the practice you want to build. The $1,250 fee is paid at the start of Phase 1 and covers all Foundation and Launch deliverables listed above.
