Terms of Service
Effective date: July 26, 2026
These Terms govern your use of theh2m.com and your engagement of services from Healthcare to Millionaire ("H2M," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
H2M provides business consulting for nurse practitioners and healthcare professionals, including practice-launch consulting, preceptorship coordination, collaborating provider matching, and website design services. Specific engagements — including scope, deliverables, and fees — are defined at the time of engagement and may be supplemented by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Not Legal, Tax, Financial, or Medical Advice
H2M provides business consulting and coordination only. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisor, and nothing on this site or in our services constitutes legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Entity formation, tax filings, legal agreements, and financial decisions should be completed with your own licensed professionals. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or establishes a provider-patient relationship.
No Guarantee of Results
Launching and operating a healthcare practice involves factors outside our control, including licensing timelines, credentialing decisions, payer contracting, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, timeline, income level, or business result.
Fees and Payment
Fees for each service are stated on this site or agreed at engagement. Fees are due as invoiced. Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining your own professional licensure and malpractice coverage, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your practice, including state supervision and collaboration requirements.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site — text, design, and branding — belongs to H2M and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement (such as a website built for your practice) are yours upon full payment, except for third-party materials licensed under their own terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2M's total liability arising out of or relating to the site or any engagement is limited to the amount you paid H2M for the service giving rise to the claim. H2M is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Termination
We may decline or discontinue service where these Terms are violated or where continuing would require us to act outside our role as business consultants. Any separate written agreement governs its own termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
